It’s been three years since I lost my dear Dad to the devastating disease that is Alzheimer’s. 

Since then, advances have been made in finding a cure, but we are not there yet. It’s for this very reason that I’ve decided to set myself another challenge to help make a difference to the lives of everybody affected by Alzheimer’s. 

On Sunday 2nd April, I’ll be heading to Brighton to run the BM10K!
