Dear everyone. Andy and I always appreciate all the support and help from you all for our fund raising for breast cancer charities. Thank you from us and our family.

Andy is running in the Bupa Great Birmingham Half Marathon on October 20th and has been training extremely hard.

This year my group of Lovely Ladies (the club that no-one wants to join ;o) lost our beautiful friend Yvonne Barraclough. Yvonne was a beautiful and kind selfless person and is missed very much.

The importance of continuing to raise money for breast cancer is so very dear to our hearts. We know people cannot give all of the time. This is understandable and totally acceptable.

If anyone wants to give, even if only a tiny amount, as trust me, I know how very important it is to keep on supporting then please do so and help to spur Andy on tomorrow - another fantastic achievement for him to add to his growing history of running at these events.

Life is so very precious and we will always know the importance of fighting to beat this disease. It is people like our collective group of amazing family and friends who help so many familiies in the same situation that we found ourselves in.

We cannot thank you enough.
