I'm sure most of you have been affected in some way by this terrible disease and I just wanted to say my own personal Thank You to Macmillan for all the support they give during the worst time of your life.

I'm not too proud to beg each and every one of you to please donate as much or as little as you can and as October is my birthday month please please please if you we're thinking of sending me a birthday card please donate the £1.50 to this charity instead (and save a tree!).
