I'm doing 31 minutes of activity for the 31 days in May to support Sue Ryders Move for May!
When my Mum died in December, I was numb and in shock for a while as it was so unexpected. Once the fog began to lift, I was bewildered by the range of emotions I was feeling. I came across Sue Ryder's bereavement support and signed up to receive their messages. They have really helped me to cope and make sense of what I was feeling. I'd recommend them to anyone who has had a bereavement.
