Story
This November I will set out on a challenging, extraordinary, and life-changing trek, all in the name of checking chests! I am taking on 100km of Morocco's forbidding Sahara Desert in a bid to raise vital funds towards this life-saving mission.
I started this year telling myself I wanted to throw myself out of my comfort zone, challenge myself like never before and do something that scares me; well, walking 100km across the Sahara Desert ticks all of those boxes and does it for an incredible cause to boot.
Anyone who knows me will be familiar with my lack of physical prowess. I'm the least likely person to sign up for a gruelling physical challenge in the heat of the desert, especially considering that I don't like camping, sand or trekking! Which is why I'm hoping you will realise what a MASSIVE DEAL this actually is for me and dig deep to sponsor my insanity for this brilliant cause.
When you buy a raffle ticket you will not only be supporting my fundraising target but most importantly you will be supporting CoppaFeel!.They are a charity on a mission to stamp out the late diagnosis of breast cancer by making sure that young people are regularly checking their boobs, pecs, and chests and getting to know their bodies in order to have the confidence to see their GP if something just doesn't feel normal.
I can't thank you enough for your donation & support. Every little bit makes a huge difference and will be going directly to an amazing cause that continues to help countless women and men.
With love

CoppaFeel! are the first UK breast cancer charity to create awareness amongst young people, with the aim to instil a new healthy behaviour that could one day save a life. They are on a mission to ensure breast cancer is diagnosed early and correctly by getting the nation to check their boobs/chest regularly. They want to educate people on the signs and symptoms of breast cancer, encourage them to get to know what is normal for them and empower young people to have the confidence to see a doctor if they notice anything that isn't right for them.
