CLASP is an amazing charity that focuses exclusively on mental health and suicide prevention issues, doing all it can to stop the stigma that makes it so difficult for people to seek the help they need. Through my work, I am lucky enough to walk along side those whose are brave enough to seek help, but many, many people suffer alone. 1 in 4 suffer from depression but way fewer feel able to say so - CLASP aim to change this.
