I have signed up to do the Nuts Challenge, 7k on 2nd March 2013.  I am doing the challenge in memory of beautiful Lauren Silverlock who sadly passed away before Christmas aged 9 years old.  Her parents have set up a charity - Laurens Silver Swimmers - that is part of The Silver Lining charity.  I would be really grateful if you could sponsor me for getting cold, wet and very muddy!
