The challenge, a four day trek covering 82Km along steep mountainous trails climbing to 4200m.  The journey ends at Machu Picchu, the legendary Lost City of the Incas.  The place I am going to be in November 2008 on the 1st anniversary of the end of my dad’s battle with Prostate cancer, one that he sadly did not win. 

The walking boots have been bought and the training starts now!
