I have been working for Prama for 11 years and have witnessed the amazing impact that the team has on the older population of Dorset.

More recently I have been involved with the Memory Lane Groups as a facilitator. These are our groups for people with dementia or memory loss.

The joy on the participants faces when they attend the group is wonderful. It is life changing for some.

We also offer support to the participants carers.

I am braving the shave and then having my remaining hair coloured, to raise much needed funds for our groups and activities.

Colour is in and looks great, such great feedback from people wherever I go, Let's push on to our goal
