Story
1 in 5 people in the UK has a lung condition. That means 10,000 new diagnoses per week.I'm running the London Marathon for the British Lung Foundation, the only UK charity looking after the nation's lungs. Every pound I'm able to raise will take us a step closer to a world without lung disease.Just £8 allows one of the BLF's nurses to answer a call on the Helpline, offering support to someone in need. I'd be very grateful for any donations you could make!
We lost my lovely dad in September 2019. He had been diagnosed with COPD and it was so hard to see him struggle to breath. I am running in dad’s memory because I miss him every day and so that others can be helped through the wonderful work of the British Lung Foundation. Any support you can give me will help me get to the finish line. Wish me luck!
