In memory of Richard Buckley
We are moving further, faster to help everyone affected by a brain tumour

Story

I am fundraising in the memory of my beloved husband Richard who was diagnosed in 2006 with a brain tumour. Initially he was given 2/3 months but lived a full life despite 3 brain surgerys, chemo and radiotherapy, until April 2013 when his health deteriorated. Richard was inspirational to many people and always positive with an infectious laugh . He organised many charity events and helped weekly at our local school for disabled children. He suffered the last 7 months of his life bed bound but with such grace and courage.

Much loved husband , father, brother and friend.

I am doing 2 treks, 1 in May along the Jurassic coast where Richard and I spent many happy days. The 2nd trek is to Petra in Jordan in October which is where we planned to go on honeymoon.
