The Lord Lieutenant of Cheshire, Miss Cheshire and I are hosting a sponsored wacky welly walk at chester racecourse on Sunday 15th November, The walk will be launched by the Mayor and Mayoress of Chester at 12 noon. I would like to appeal to people to sponsor me or indeed get involved and join us on the day for some more fun in the owners and trainers suit! Miss Cheshire will be giving a prize for the wackiest wellies and a certificate to each walker. My charity is Vision Support which is the leading provider of support and services to people living with a vision impairment throughout Cheshire and North Wales and have organised this event to raise funds to keep our vital services going and reach more people out there who have sight loss and help make their lives more independant.
