“Starfish Greathearts Foundation supports children who have been orphaned or made vulnerable by the HIV/AIDS pandemic in . Starfish believes in bringing life, hope and opportunity to the lives of these children.” (www.starfishcharity.org)

I came across the Starfish charity while attending a festival in  earlier this year. Really like the fact that they do not just fund projects, but also monitor progress and aim to support/train/strengthen these projects to be successful, sustainable and ultimately become self-sufficient.

I'm doing the Bupa Great South Run on Sunday, 25 October, with these kids in mind. (http://www.greatrun.org/Events/Event.aspx?id=12)
