March 2020 marks the 20-year anniversary of when my much loved dad died from prostate cancer, having lived with it for 8 years. To mark this occasion I have set myself the goal of riding the Prudential London 100 mile bike ride. Whilst I do some cycling 2-3 times a month, 30 miles is typically my comfort zone, so 100 miles in 8.5 hours, including two terror hills called Box and Leith is going to be extremely challenging, which is why I'm seeking your support and encouragement in terms of sponsorship.
