By the will of Allah (SWT), We are looking at sponsoring 7 orphans. This opportunity is a means of providing these kids with food, shelter, healthcare, education and school equipment for a whole year!
With your help and generosity, we will be able to provide these kids with the invaluable necessities that every child needs in the hope that we can restore the peace and happiness they deserve.
The orphan has a high station in our religion, the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ was an orphan and was the greatest man to walk the face of this earth.
The likes of Imam Shafi’i, Imam Bukhari and Imam Suyuti (may Allah have mercy on them all), were all orphans.
“Therefore, treat not the orphan with oppression.” (Qur’an, 93:9)
“They ask you (O Muhammad ) what they should spend. Say: Whatever you spend of good must be for parents and kindred and orphans and al-Masakin (the poor) and the wayfarers, and whatever you do of good deeds, truly, Allah knows it well.” (Qur’an, 2:215)
The Quran mentions orphans numerous times to show to show us that the care we provide to an orphan must be at par with the care we provide to our loved ones.
It is our duty to look after those within our Ummah who have sadly lost their parents. We must adopt the same care we would expect from our loved ones!
Abu Darda reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “Bring the orphan close to you, pat his head, and feed him with the same food you eat. It will soften your heart and fulfill your need.”

I leave you with this famous narration;
Sahl ibn Sa’d reported: The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “Myself and the caretaker of an orphan will be in Paradise like this,” and he held his two fingers together.
