Assalamu alaikum - may the peace and blessings of God be upon you.

Truly we belong to Allah and it is to Him we are all destined to return.

On Friday 18th December 2020, Allah took His devout and beloved servant our Mother, Rong Mala, back to Him.

We've decided to set up this page in honour of our beloved mother’s memory, and because of the following recorded saying of the Prophet Muhammad (God’s peace and blessings be upon him):

"When a person passes away, all their deeds come to an end except three: sadaqah jaariyah (ongoing charity), beneficial knowledge (which they have left behind), or a righteous child who will pray for them.”

We've chosen to raise money to build a mosque in the Kutopolong Refugee camp in Bangladesh, for the Rohingya people.

We chose to build a mosque as ongoing charity because the camps refugees will benefit with having somewhere to pray their five daily prayers, and our mother will earn rewards every time it's being used, even though she has passed.

May Allah accept it from us all, Ameen.

May Allah grant our mother the highest rank in Jannah, Ameen.
