Story
I started taking running seriously at the start of the first lockdown as it helped me massively manage my mental health. Two and a half years later it’s still a regular practice that I’ve kept up as it’s been such a good outlet for me.
So after a few half marathons and all those hours running around Hampstead Heath I've decided to put that practice to good use and run the London Marathon to raise money for Age UK.
Age UK are a charity providing vital support and services for older people living in the UK. With an estimated 6 million older people in England facing serious challenges in the form of poor health, poor housing, poverty, loneliness and social isolation – the work they do has never been more important support!
Please support me and help me over the finish line later this year with any donation that you are able to give.
