Work has convinced me to join the ToughMudder event in September - Team Mud Flaps from QA Consulting will aim to raise money for Macmillan. Target is £100 each (around 10 of us competing). 

This event is in line with my new healthy outlook but appeals to my enthusiasm to be electrocuted and covered in mud while running 12 miles. Donations and motivational quotes accepted with much enthusiasm and thanks!
