Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit this JustGiving page set up on behalf of Dennis Moss for the receipt of donations to TINYLIFE, the premature baby charity for Northern Ireland.
Den's Story in his own words :)
"Dennis Moss aka Diamond Geezer is a musician, author and a golf caddie who recently caddied for Jamie Dornan at the BMW Pro Am at Wentworth.
After finding one of Jamie’s golf balls in his overalls after the round, Diamond Geezer had no desire to keep or especially make any financial gain from it and having learned how Jamie was until recently a patron for TINYLIFE charity, Diamond Geezer decided he'd like to make use of Jamie's golf ball for the charity's benefit.
His other reason for doing this was because Jamie was so nice, kind and friendly to him. By involving Jamie’s hordes of amazing and passionate fans to help raise money for his charity, he is proposing to get the ball rolling with a fun game of pass the parcel, in the form of Jamie’s golf ball!
This should be a very funny experience for all who take part, and I’m hopeful this will further unite the millions of members of Jamie’s massive fan club."
Rules of Participation
1. By making a minimum £10 donation to TINYLIFE charity through this secure page, you confirm that you wish to participate in the #JamieDornanDiamondGeezer golf ball challenge and will abide by the rules of participation and code of conduct.
2. Contact and postal details must be provided by donors ahead of postage. Please arrange this via private message to Lisa Gilpin on Twitter or Facebook Messenger and include your full name and your Twitter/Instagram/Facebook details along with your email address.
NB - Your postal address will be required regardless of whether you are receiving the golf ball in person and failure to provide postal details may result in exclusion. Personal details will be used in conjunction with this fundraiser only.
3. Having made your donation and upon receipt of the ball, please take a selfie with it posting the photo on Twitter, Instagram and/or Facebook , using the hashtag #JamieDornanDiamondGeezer along with the sequence hashtag of your receipt. EG. if you are third to receive it, please add FAN #3.
4. You agree by participation that you will keep the golf ball in your possession for no longer than 24hrs and that you will post it onward to a trusted fan of your choosing, who has donated and provided the above required information on at least one day prior to postage, using either a recorded or signed for service where available in your home country. Proof of postage will be required where a postal service has been used or if delivering personally, a selfie of both parties handing over the golf ball will be required.
Code of Conduct
This golf ball remains the property of Dennis Moss throughout the duration of the TINYLIFE fundraiser.
This fundraiser is based on trust and presents an amazing opportunity for fans of Jamie Dornan to support him, his family and the charity founded in 1988 by his father, Professor Jim Dornan. It has been organised with respect for TINYLIFE and to the entire Dornan family. Failure to comply with this and the rules may regrettably result in automatic exclusion without notice. Dennis Moss reserves this right as owner of the ball.
Polite Notice
Understandably there may be postal delays and the possibility of postal loss however should the ball go missing whilst in your possession, Dennis Moss reserves the right to notify the relevant authorities should foul play be suspected.
It is therefore essential to the success and prestige of this fundraiser that we all respect the rules and adhere to the code of conduct.
