The final day of The Dragons Back happens to be my 50th birthday. In theory that means I'll be entering my 50's in the best shape I can possible be with the biggest smile on my face. SMASH are a fantastic charity and I've first hand experience of mentoring and the huge benefits it has to the wider community. I've set this target extremely high as I think it reflects the amount of effort this is going to take both in training, fundraising and ultimately running up and down rather large and very steep parts of Wales.
