On August 2nd I done the Prudential Ride 100. Cycling 100 miles with Team KC in memory of the much loved and cared for Kris Cook (the life partner of my cousin Nicola) who sadly passed away during last year's ride.

I'm going to be doing another ride which is 75 miles two weeks after on the 16th of August .

 I am raised money for CRY's research which is Cardiac risk in the young and I'm going to carry on with them as my charity. Please help me on my way to helping them and their research.
