I'd really appreciate any donation, large or small, which helps to raise money in memory of Tom Clabburn, who died aged 14 from an undiagnosed heart condition.

I'm running for Tom and for CRY because 12 young people aged 14-34 die each week in the UK from an undiagnosed heart condition - Raising money and awareness will ensure that more young people can benefit from free heart testing, which can identify those at risk and REDUCE THE FREQUENCY OF YOUNG SUDDEN CARDIAC DEATH THROUGHOUT THE UK.

Tom's mum Claire has been a great inspiration to many young journalism trainees, of which I have been lucky to have been one.
