Story

I've entered the 'Outlaw' IRONMAN Triathlon in Nottingham on Sunday 24th July 2011 to raise cash for Cancer Research UK.

It's a 2.4 mile swim, 112 mile cycle and 26.2 mile run.

20/06/11 Many thanks to my employer, QinetiQ, for pledging to match-fund £250.
