Story
Those who know me will be aware that my Mother Georgina Fenn (Ferret) sadly passed away at home on March 13th of this year, after learning only 6 days earlier that she had terminal cancer. Most of you will have heard of the charity Paul Satori, they offer services such as home nursing care, the loaning of specific care equipment, bereavement support as well as many other services. In my Mum's case the charity offered nursing care during the final days she spent in her beloved home. As Paul Satori rely on donations and fundrasing alone to continue the invaluble work they do supporting many family's in Pembrokeshire, I hope to raise as much money for them as I can in memory of 'Georgie' and the toughest challenge I could think of was the Tenby Ironman which, as most of you know, involves a 2.4 mile swim, a 112 mile cycle and a marathon all to be completed within 17 hours.
Many of us have experienced and sadly will experience the heartbreaking situation of losing a loved one to this unforgiving disease, so please help a local charity which offers much needed support to the people of Pembrokeshire. Unfortunately none of us know when we may need their services.
Donations of any value would be greatly appreciated and thank you for taking the time to read my page.
All the best from Haverfordwest!!!!!
