After a few years of talking about this challenge we finally thought and decided that it is now or never.

Looking into a cycling distance challenge, there are so many popular and well ridden routes. We wanted that " one off " event, a distance, route and time frame not really heard of before.

Scunthorpe to Scotland in one day will not be easy, it will be an extremely hard challenge, 190 miles to Gretna will have its testing moments, but with the help and support we hope to gain will keep us going.

The Health Tree Foundation  want to ensure that each and every time someone walks through the hospital doors – whether for emergency or planned treatment – the best available equipment is waiting for them, in a comfortable and welcoming environment.  

The projects they fund through  continued generosity improve the hospitals themselves, support the research that will deliver the treatments of tomorrow, enable staff to benefit from specialist medical training, and install state-of-the-art equipment and community services across our region.
