In September I am going to walk 22 miles to celebrate every precious day that our beautiful girl Lyle was here with us. She will be 1 year old on 8th August and I want to celebrate her birthday in this way.

We have been devastated by Lyle’s loss and part of me can’t believe she has been gone for nearly a year already- I can still hear her cry and feel her beautiful little body in my arms.

Shortly after her passing we set up a charity fund with Held in our Hearts called Lyle’s Light. Any money we raise will be held in a reserved fund and all money goes to provide support to bereaved siblings like her sisters Cameron (age 6) and (Alba age 1)  in the Edinburgh, Lothian, Forth Valley and Fife area.
