In 2017 I was diagnosed with end-stage kidney failure, as a consequence I started dialysis in early 2018.  Luckily I had a great friend in Geoff Crowther who was willing to be a live donor for me.  In February 2019 I was lucky enough to have that kidney transplant, to give me back my life and to enjoy the things I love doing again, like walking and cycling.  I've organised this Walk for Life for Kidney Wales to give something back, and to raise awareness of kidney disease.
