I've joined the "Kensal Triathlon Team" - a huge group of 160 Kensal Rise-area people wanting to help local charities over the next few weeks. We are doing the Triathlon at Blenheim Palace on 28th May 2022 which involves 750m open water swimming, 19.8km cycling and 5.4km running. Anything you sponsor me for will 100% go to buying food for the 70 local households supported by "Gift Your Neighbour" every Monday.
