Since becoming a father, I count my blessings every single day for having two healthy, beautiful twin daughters, unfortunately, some parents aren't so lucky. There isn't a lot I can do to help directly, but I've agreed to do something I've never done before and I'm determined to complete this triathlon for such an important cause to try and at least help those who need it most.  

Action Medical Research are the leading UK charity funding vital research to help defeat the diseases that devastate the lives of sick and disabled babies, children and young people. Teams of 4 are taking part in this extremely tough dawn to dusk event where they will cycle, hike and canoe to raise money for this incredible cause. With your help, we're determined to make a real difference to children's lives.
