So this year I'm sticking to the cycling in an effort to save my knees, and I'm roping in nine of the Monday night football gang to join me on the long road to Blackpool. We're doing it for a great cause. My wife continues to make me so proud in everything she does, and one of her latest roles is that of trustee for a wonderful locally-based charity which supports women and their families nationally who have cancer in pregnancy or just afterwards. Having been through that ourselves, and knowing others who have, we know that every last bit of help, whether emotional or purely financial, is massively welcome; the couple of times we have been through Nicolette's cancer were tough, and scary, but we got through them  - not everyone is so lucky and I try never to lose sight of just how fortunate we are. So, PLEASE help me to help other people in some small way through their own tough times and donate!
