We support young people at risk of suicide to stay safe and find hope in times of need

Story

I am a very keen long distance runner who likes to set challenges to raise vital funds for important causes. Suicide is sadly the biggest killer of people under the age of 35 and I not only want to raise awareness but also to raise vital funds for this charity who play a huge role in helping young people with this area. I will be attempting to run/walk 100 miles atoudn my town of Shrewsbury starting at 7am on Saturday 14th January 2023 and aim to get it done in 30 hours from that point. Will be a HUGE challenge and feel positive and focused
