Cornerstone Trust is a Christian ministry funded by Blythswood Care that helps women and children trapped in the red-light district of Mumbai, India’s largest city.  The project’s vision is to see children in the district, slums and tribal villages gain academic, vocational and life skills.  Their desire is to equip them to rise up out of what for many has been the only way of life they’ve ever known, to step into a new and brighter future.

Both of us went to India as students with Blythswood on a building and mission trip and also visited the slums of Mumbai.

We are raising funds to develop the education centre to enable more children to benefit from the Cornerstone programme and alter their futures.
