I've joined the "Kensal Triathlon Team" - a huge group of 160 Kensal Rise-area people wanting to help local charities over the next few weeks. We are doing the Tri at Blenheim Palace on September 11th and are doing lots of swimming, cycling and running training over the next three months with local trainers and gyms, as well as open-water swimming instructors!
