My name is James. On my birthday this year I'm running to raise funds for the charity, Dingley's Promise, which is very close to my heart. My gorgeous little boy, Liam, has been diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder at the early age of 2, along with Global Development Delay. Dingley's Promise is a charity that has early years settings for children under 5 with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities.


But, in spite of his highly complex needs Liam has no access to Dingley's Promise, simply because they can't accommodate every child who needs it. They just don't have enough spaces. It is sad to think how many children like Liam, who need it the most, are without access to such vital support.


That is why it is so important for you and me to donate to this cause so that they can grow and expand and give these kids the help and support they desperately need and the best start in life that they truly deserve.

In 2023 Dingley's Promise is celebrating their 40th birthday! We're fundraising to ensure that children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities are given the support and opportunities to achieve their full potential in the early years.
