As some of you may know, just over 4 years ago I was diagnosed with Coeliac Disease - an autoimmune condition that currently has no cure and restricts sufferers to a strict gluten-free diet in order to prevent development of potentially life-threatening illnesses.

Throughout it all Coeliac UK have been there support and provide invaluable tips/advice on how to make life without gluten as normal as possible.
