Story

A MASSIVE thank you for everybody that sponsored me last year. Having raised a huge £510 including gift aid, I want to try to double that this year. While this may be overambitious, it's important to remember that a grand will keep the hospice running for about 3 hours. So please support with as much or little as you can and also ask someone you know to also sponsor me. THANKS.

This year, the hospice shops have been twice broken into and, most recently, the tearooms had the back door removed along with the frame; not content with the safe contents, they also stole raffle prizes for the Christmas fair. Let's show that we'll win!

Thank you for taking the first step to helping us raise the £3 million a year it costs to keep the doors of Springhill Hospice open. The services we provide are free of charge. We care for adults aged 18 and over with a life limiting illness. As well as caring for in-patients we also provide respite care, pain and symptom control, counselling for patients and family members, a day hospice for out-patients, hospice care in the home and bereavement advice. Thank you so much for your support. We could not carry on our work without you.
