Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
On 1st August, I’ll be doing a hike up Mount Snowdon as I thought it was about time to get fit... and doing it for charity's even better! I haven’t gone up the mountain since 2001 and I've eaten quite a few Mars bars since then, so the challenge will be tough (especially without Mars bars). At 1085 metres/3560 feet, it should take about 4 hours to reach the summit, going at a leisurely pace. There will be photographic evidence of the hike afterwards for anyone who is kind enough to sponsor me!
Diabetes UK receives no government funding so our donations are all the more vital. Money raised for them could go towards research, medication and sustaining the support services they provide, which are invaluable for sufferers of diabetes.
If you could spare any amount of money, no matter how small, it will go towards preventing complications of the condition and changing people’s lives for the better.
Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails.
