I'm taking part in 3 different races 3 months in a row, thus the TRIPLE CHALLENGE. 

My Triple Challenge kicks off on 25th August with the Stockton River Rat Race.  A 10km course with a twist. Swim, wade, crawl, climb, jump, splash, and run around the urban obstacle course which sees us walk the plank and dive into the River Tees.

My 2nd race is on 14th September with the Bupa Great North 5km.  The race takes place along the iconic Newcastle/Gateshead Quayside.

The third and final race in this challenge is on the 13th October and the Newcastle Stampede.  A 10km obstacle run through mud finishing at Newcastle Racecourse.
