We provide expert, specialist support to women & children fleeing domestic abuse

Story

On a Sunday this spring, for reasons that defy comprehension, I'm hoping to persuade my little legs to carry me further than they ever have before.  My training has been... ideosyncratic.  But entering the London Marathon seemed like the right thing to do at the time.  Now, part of me can't wait and part of me is terrified!

I'm very excited to be raising money for Refuge, which provides, well, refuges for victims of domestic violence, and supports them as they try to rebuild a normal life.  It's an excellent charity working to help people in unimaginable situations.

I'd really appreciate it if you could give something to help Refuge in its work, and help me steel myself for the most pain I've experienced in a long time!

Many thanks for your support,

James xx
