Story

I will be running the Great North Run this year in memory of a great friend of mine, Adam Connolly, who died suddenly of a heart attack whilst fishing on holiday in America last summer. He had no idea that he had a heart condition.

There are at least 8 deaths a week in the young - under 35's. Cardiac Risk in the Young (CRY) raise awareness of this condition and Sudden Death Syndrome (SDS) and provide medical information on cardiac abnormalities. They also offer support to those who have lost a young person from sudden cardiac death.

My company will match every contribution which you make.

Thanks for your support.

Regards

James
