Hi everyone,

Against my better judgement I've decided to do a Half Ironman triathon out here in Saudi Arabia on 10th December and I've decided to try and raise some money for WaterAid at the same time.

The race is 2km swim, 100km bike and then a 20km run to finish. So if that isn't worth giving some of your hard earned cash to charity then surely nothing is!
