This is my first half marathon and although I am a bit nervous I am looking forward to it as well. Wish me luck. :) Head to Toe is the charity for Cambridgeshire and Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust. It funds projects that aim to inspiring hope and support people living with mental health and long term physical health conditions across the region. It help make patient care even better and improve the lives of local people.
