On 29/10/21 at 6.30pm, on Brigate high street, Leeds city centre, I will attempt to break the Guinness World record below:

Longest Distance rowed on an indoor rower in 24 hours (current record 307,680 meters).

I am raising funds and awareness for Leeds Mind, a local mental health charity. People suffer in silence everyday, anxiety and depression are the most common things people suffer with. Lets raise some money and awareness so more people can live their lives free of the burden on their shoulders. 

This task will test my mental strength as my body is under an all out assault in agony for 24 hours. This will prove how powerful the mind is over the body.
