We are taking part in the Hazelood Help for Heroes Triathlon. We've never done this before and are a little nervous and excited!! James has to swim 45m, Run 800m and cycle for 1200m

Oliver has to scoot round the hockey court, run around the hockey and cricket nets and then tackle an inflatable obstacle course!!
