Hospices of Hope is a UK-registered charity and started pioneering hospice services in 1992 beginning in the Romanian region of Transylvania in the City of Brasov. We opened the first  in-patient and training hospice in Brasov in 2002 caring for adults and children with terminal illnesses. We have since founded a hospice service in Bucharest, Romania’s capital and begun working in Belgrade, Serbia and Chisinau, Moldova. Our current appeal is to build an in-patient teaching hospice (similar to the one in Brasov) so we can better the level of care we currently give to our patients and as we have an increase in funds to be raised over the next few years, we do need your help.
