We help the hospital offer a better future to seriously ill children across the UK

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

My daughter Olivia, born in December 2013, was born with a kidney defect called, Multi Cystic Displastic Kidney, which effects around 1 in 1000 children born in the UK.

Having received the best possible care from Great Ormond Street over the past year, Olivia, is one of the happiest and healthiest children imaginable. Whilst she will still be having yearly appointments for the foreseeable future, her health is no longer an issue.

Whilst we know we have been incredibly lucky, we are well aware that thousands of children are not as fortunate. This is why me and two of her uncles, who it has also had a huge emotional strain on, will cycle from London to Amsterdam to raise money for Great Ormond Street and help them help other families.
