Thanks to all those who have contributed to our charity row. Our final figure on just giving was £965 but wih contributions with cheques, cash and filled out sponsorship forms we got to £1,295.

The row wnet well with both teams completing the course in 2h 18 and 2h 19 minutes (my team won!). Both times marked a 40 minute improvement on 2008's effort. Conditions, a good rudder from Lorento, and saturday night preparation got us to the finish line in good time. Not to mention the effort of the 9 crew members!

Well done to all those who rowed and on behalf of all the crews, thank you to all those who made contributions and supported St Gemma's Hospice.
