The Brain and Spine Foundation transforms the daily reality of people affected by any neurological condition, anywhere in the UK, through frontline professional services, innovative social research, and bold campaigning for change.

Story

Boys and girls,

I am running the Nike+ Half Marathon firstly as a great challenge. 13.1 miles of Greenwich is not going to be easy! Secondly, I aim to raise as much money for the Brain & Spine Foundation as I can.

24 months ago Jan McShane suffered a serious neurological disorder that would have almost certainly left her paralysed without the lifesaving work of the Brain & Spine Foundation.

The charity is devoted to work to prevent, treat and care for more than 10 million people affected across the UK. All donations will directly support patient care, educational material for medical professionals and to raise awareness. Only with regular funding can the charity make a difference.

Thanks to have taken the time to visit my page and additionally to everyone who has donated so far.

Keep up the donations.

It is going to be tough!!
