Story

My name is James (age 10) and I am running to beat blood cancers in the Junior Great North Run this coming Saturday. My Auntie Elaine was diagnosed with Chronic Myeloid Leukaemia when she was 29 and fortunately had a successful

bone marrow transplant. Elaine (now 50) has since met her donor and has formed a wonderful relationship with him and his family. She will be attending and supporting me on Saturday. The photo shows me, Elaine and her donor Andy.

Message from the Unstopabbles: Good luck to James and all of the Juniors taking part on Saturday, you are all Unstoppable!
