“You’re in” The London Marathon 2nd Oct 2022

It’s the start of April and the “you’re in!” email arrives. I have been entering the London Marathon ballot for years, with no success. Yet here I am about to embark on a “couch to marathon” training programme. It feels daunting. 

Fast forward 5 months, and the training has been tough but it’s nothing compared to what kids with cancer go through and I want to help.

I have been deeply touched by the amazing work Little Princess Trust does. When a child loses their hair to cancer, or another condition, Little Princesses Trust will be there with a free real hair wig to help restore their confidence and identity.
